St Werburghs Arts Trail is calling for artists to take part in this year’s event, taking place on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th September.
Organisers of the Arts Trail are offering early bird rates of just £25 to eager artists who register before Thursday 1st June. Early registration ensures a listing in the Trail guide – which is mail dropped through 4000 letterboxes prior to the event – plus an online listing and a marker on the map. To get this bargain, it is worth getting involved as soon as possible.
The Trail will be packed with creativity, from St Werburghs and beyond, showcasing artists and craftspeople, makers and designers as well as musicians and performers.
If you would like to be involved in delivering workshops or performing at the event, then registration is free and we may also be able to offer a bursary of up to £30 for materials.
We are also looking for host houses and public spaces that can offer somewhere to stay for artists who live outside the area of the Trail map. If you are able to offer space to artists, please do get in touch.
Local businesses, this Arts Trail needs you too! We are offering sponsorship space on our Trail guide (4000 print run). Promotional space is currently available for £50, £75 and £100, for business card sized space and up. Do support us if you can. Space is restricted so we are offering sponsorship on a first come first served basis. We will be approaching local businesses in the first instance. The Trail brings lots of new people and business to the area so we think it’s an event really worth supporting.
Finally, if you’re an artist and you miss our early bird rate, we are offering regular registrations for a £35 fee from Thursday 1st June right up until our final submission day on Tuesday 1st August. Be warned though, the deadline for inclusion in the Trail guide itself is Saturday 15th July, so get registering now to reap our best rewards.
